Final Assessment Activity

You will find the Final  Assessment Activity in the  BTT Final Assessment 2014 folder shared in the BTT.Shared.Docs folder.

On the webpage you want the form to be on:

• • Insert > Drive > Form ...

  • choose the form

  • Adjustments can be made on your webpage w.r.t. the size and placement of the form

A spreadsheet can be insert in a similar manner.
